Patio Cover:

This is a custom patio cover with an offset ridge following the existing roof lines. It is designed to efficiently handle snow melt. We removed the old wood deck which was swaying in the wind. The new deck and railing are made of a T & G composit GEO deck system. The ceiling is lined with T & G pine. The columns are stone and stucco.

The home owner has indicated that the patio cover is the best improvement they have done to the house. "We will actually be able to use this space now."
